How we judge a Black Friday price

BUY: at or within a dollar / 10% of the lowest price we know (CheapShark all-time low or our own log), or free.
WAIT: it has been meaningfully cheaper, or the Steam Winter Sale is close enough that waiting is cheap. A "was $59.99" sticker doesn't count; only real past prices do.
